SPEAKINg

I love talking about responsible AI in practice and policy, and supporting women professionals. I also have extensive leadership material related to building successful products and growing engaging programs. Below are some of my past engagements and topics, however I’m constantly developing new content. Interested in having me present at your conference or meet-up? Reach out!

PRACTICE & PROCESS

I take the responsibility of facilitating very seriously as I believe it’s the anchor to making a good session. I coordinate with panelists beforehand to make sure I'm highlighting their unique POVs and expertise, while keeping the narrative and momentum moving so the audience stays alert. I prefer a "popcorn" style of moderating so that the content doesn't lands stagnant or routine. My energy resonates on the stage and I would love to learn about your program.

State of the State: AI Policy Forum

AI LA
April 16, 2026

AI LA convenes technologists, builders, and policy-curious professionals for a grounded, timely briefing on AI legislation — what's passed, what's coming, and what it actually means for your work and your life.

I designed a conversation that moved through three lenses that matter most to the LA tech community: what every concerned citizen should understand about the federal-state power struggle; what founders building AI products need to know before they ship; and what workers, job applicants, and creators can actually do to protect themselves — from workplace surveillance laws to the NO FAKES Act to pending litigation against Anthropic, Meta, and others.

Building AI Capability in the Organization

AI LA
March 16, 2026

Tech professionals who are driving AI adoption in very different contexts: inside a major enterprise, across client organizations as a consultant, and within a fast-moving startup.

I facilitated this panel to explore what it actually takes to move AI from individual experimentation to organizational capability—how they identify viable use cases, build internal support, navigate governance and risk, and measure what's working. If you're leading AI initiatives in your organization or want to position yourself to do this role, this conversation will give you frameworks and patterns you can use immediately.

AI is reshaping tech roles, yet knowing where to start can be the biggest challenge. This event meets you where you are!
